Manuel B. Quintal, Esq. was admitted to the Philippines Bar in 1981 and the New York State Bar in 1989. He is also admitted to practice law before federal district courts and the United States Supreme Court.
Quintal obtained his Bachelor of Arts, major in Political Science, from the University of the City of Manila (Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila) where he was a City of Manila scholar. He finished his Bachelor of Laws from the Far Eastern University, in Manila, Philippines. He graduated with a Master of Laws, major in International Law, from Hofstra University, in Hempstead, Long Island, New York.
Quintal was a college professor in several colleges and universities in Manila, Philippines before emigrating to the United States. He has master of arts and doctor of philosophy degrees, major in Political Science.
Quintal was/is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), American Immigration Lawyers Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, NewYork State Bar Association, American Society of Internnational Law, and other professional and not-for-profit organizations.
